All of our watches are designed in New York and assembled in our factory in Florida. We source our parts from top integrated factories in Switzerland and Hong Kong.

The Genesis collection watches are water resistant up to 10ATM (100 meters/330 feet). All of our watches are water and pressure tested in our factory.

Adam Benedict watches are guaranteed under a limited five-year warranty against any manufacturer defects. Defects do not include damage to straps or due to user error. Damage caused by mishandling, tampering, unauthorized repairs or accidents will void your warranty.

Please email us if you encounter any issues. We will respond with specific instructions on sending the watch back for any servicing required.

You may return your Adam Benedict watch within 14-days of your receipt.  Refunds or exchanges will only be issued for new items, without signs or wear or damage, in the original packaging. If the watch is in perfect condition, we will refund the total cost for the watch. There is a restocking fee of $25.00 USD. Please do not wear the watch if you believe it may be defective. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

1. Pull the crown out to its second position.
   Note: in the first position, you will not be able to change the time.

2. Rotate the crown until you’ve set the desired time.

3. Press the crown all the way in to assure the time has been set.

First of all, please note that this is a common occurrence with any quartz-powered watch.

To try to realign the seconds hand with the markers, pull the crown out to its second position and then promptly reinsert the crown. This will start and stop the seconds hand. After doing this a few times, you will note that the seconds hand appears to be realigned.
